The theme
The great urban transformations of the archipelago have always followed the cycles of continental geopolitics.
The contemporary condition gives us a gradual disengagement of the allied navies. This scenario

Con questo spirito proponiamo la costruzione di un polo ricettivo per giovani, di alta qualità e modernità da costruirsi sull’Isola St. Stephen's in the area once occupied by the U.S. Navy. The structures will house boys and girls from all over the world but will also be a place for the organization of workshops, cultural events and pursuit.
